Property management
We do this by offering a complete management package, providing regular property checks as well as emergency checks on the property in the event of a storm or flooding, making sure no damage has been sustained. We pay taxes and utility bills on your behalf, coordinate and supervise any maintenance, repairs and building management services that needed to be done and arrange cleaning of your property through out the year or prior to your arrival.
A detailed monthly statement is issued documenting all the monthly expenses.
If you own an apartment and your property is already managed by the building administration, you may still have communication difficulties. Here again, Phoenix with its 100% bilingual staff can still be an asset for you.

Visiting your property
When visiting Uruguay to enjoy your property; spare yourself the hassle of hiring transportation when arriving to Uruguay or worry about the cleaning of your property. We will be glad to make all the necessary arrangement prior to your arrival. As a result you will be enjoying your stay from the moment you set foot in Montevideo or Punta del Este. Further more, if some of your guests are visiting your property, one of our staff could meet and greet them at Punta del Este international airport, or on the location of your property. Keys will be available and all the necessary information about the property and other relevant information would be provided.

Property rental
Beside our Administration Management, we offer a rental service; allowing you, when not in residence to rent your property. This service consist in marketing your property, providing scheduling and availability, making deposits and providing a payment process, handling the check-in and check-out, as well as providing rental oversight and house cleaning.
