We will provide regulars property checks and we will also make an emergency check on the property in the event of a storm or flooding, making sure all TV’s, telephones and electrical appliances are unplugged and no damage has been sustained. Our services include paying your taxes and utility bills on your behalf, coordinate and supervise any maintenance, repairs and building management services that needed to be done, arrange cleaning of you property throughout the year or prior to your arrival. A detailed monthly statement will be issued documenting all the monthly expenses. If you own an apartment and your property is already managed by the building administration, you may still have communication difficulties. Here again, Phoenix with its 100% bilingual staff can still be an asset for you.
Please note that as a small company always looking to give outstanding services and focusing on a high level of attention to details, we have a limited amount of properties we can administer on a ‘year round’ basis. Therefore, our ‘total capacity’ (ie the number of properties we can deal with at one time in order to ensure the quality of our services) can never exceed a certain number and new properties are only undertaken when existing ones leave our portfolio.
